A1 Building Concepts was founded by Austin Unruh in 2017. Austin realized there was a need for a contractor that had quality craftsmanship and did honest work. Now, A1 has grown, and we've added more people to the team. What started as general contract work, has truly become a specialized craft for our team when it comes to home renovations and restoration projects. We've found success in helping our clients with complete remodels on kitchen/living, bathrooms, laundry, as well as full basement projects.

OUR STORY
In 2023, A1 Building Concepts has set out to take on more complex remodeling projects than we have before.
Current
This was the year that things became more serious. Instead of fix & flips, A1 was involved in more remodeling & basement finishing projects, and for the first time, Austin was able to hire another full time employee.
2021
Austin Unruh left his Construction Management Program to open up A1 Building Concepts, and immediately began fixing & flipping properties in the Denver Metro Area
